Offensive Stacks

Milwaukee Brewers vs Robert Gsellman

Gsellman has been having a rough start to the year, and the power hitter Brewers are coming to Queens. Gsellman has given up 59 Hits in 44 IP, along with 32 ER. He is having trouble keeping runners off the bases, and he doesn't have great strikeout stuff to shut them down. Citi Field isn't the best hitters park, but he is such a bad pitcher, and the Brewers bats are so strong, this has blow up potential all over it.

Toronto Blue Jays vs Lisaverto Bonilla

The Blue Jays got some of their players back from the DL, and they are starting to turn around their very slow start. They are at home, which plays as a hitters park, and against Bonilla who can't keep players off the bases. He has given up an average of one hit per inning this season, along with 16 ER in only 4 Games. Weak numbers from Bonilla and exactly the type of stats you want to key in on when looking for a team to stack.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Kyle Hendricks - P, @ SDP ($9,400)

Hendricks has put together three straight quality starts and is in a nice groove right now. He has only given up 2 ER, in each of his last three starts, and knows how to limit the damage. He is at San Diego, which is a great pitchers park, and is facing off against a Padres team who has a 25.6% strikeout rate vs right-handed pitching. Hendricks doesn't have amazing strikeout stuff, but versus a team who strikes out a lot, this is a good match up. He is great for cash games.

Martin Perez - P, vs TAM ($7,300)

Perez is at home vs a Tampa team who has the leagues worst strikeout rate against left-handed pitching at 28%. Really bad numbers for the Rays, and big upside here, is what makes Perez a great tournament play. Perez has only allowed four walks over his last three starts, and has put up four straight quality starts. He does carry a bit of risk since this game is in Texas, in a hitters park, and its suppose to be hot. But the Rays simply can't hit lefties, and this is prime for a GPP play.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Alex Avila - C, @ KAN ($3,300)

Avila is crushing right-handed pitching this year, posting a .489 wOBA and a .346 ISO. He has nice power upside, in a position that generally lacks a ton of production. He makes a great cash game play since he has a super favorable match up, but is also good in a stack, since the Tigers offense can put up runs.

Paul Goldschmidt - 1B, @ PIT ($4,800)

Goldschmidt got the day off Sunday, so he should be primed to go today. He is very expensive, but we know the level of consistent production he brings game in, and game out. He has a .459 wOBA and a .300 ISO versus right-handed pitching this season. Great cash game play.

Neil Walker - 2B, vs MIL ($3,300)

Walker is a decent mid ranged option at the keystone position today. He had a huge game this past weekend, and is seeing the ball well vs right-handed pitching. He has a .334 wOBA and a .191 ISO vs RHP. Walker is averaging 10 FanDuel points per game this year, and has shown himself to be quite consistent.

Kyle Seager - 3B, @ COL ($4,000)

Seager gets a nice positive park shift going into Coors Field and he has great splits vs right-handed pitching this season. He has a .319 wOBA and a .157 ISO so far. He hasn't lived up to all of the expectations many had for him this year, but the park upgrade and upside here make him a great tournament play.

Elivs Andrus - SS, vs TAM ($2,800)

Andrus offers a bit of salary relief at a position with some big names at the top. He has a .321 wOBA and a .323 OBP vs right-handed pitching this season. Andrus is always in consideration for shortstop since he is cheap and gives you some exposure to the Rangers offense. He is best used in a full Rangers stack.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Mark Trumbo - OF, vs NYY ($3,400)

Trumbo is a great one of in tournament lineups, because he has some real power upside. So far this season, he has a .320 wOBA and a .121 ISO vs left-handed pitching. He isn't really the best cash game play, since he lacks a bit of consitency, but great if used in stack.

J.D. Martinez - OF, @ KAN ($3,800)

Martinez is off to a hot start since he was activated from the DL. He has 14 Hits in 16 Games, with 7 HR. Half of his hits have been home runs. Now, I know he won't maintain that rate for the rest of the season, so now is the time to hop on the Martinez train while he is still hot. Great in any format.

Bryce Harper - OF, @ SFG ($4,400)

Harper had the day off Sunday, so he should be set to go, in this game at San Francisco. Harper is always a good play, but today some people may shy away from him. He is at the Giants, which is a pitchers park, so this is a spot where he might be lower owned in tournaments compared to normal. This is the psychological part of DFS that you may want to try and exploit.
