Brad Leibfried highlights the top NBA DFS lineup picks for 5/5/15 as well as a couple of sleepers to keep in mind while building your roster on DraftKings.

What's up RotoBaller. Hopefully you are enjoying the NBA post season, and playing DFS games on DraftKings. We have provided our daily picks throughout the year and we will continue to push hard during this second NBA season.

Below are our favorite DraftKings DFS picks for Wednesday May 6th, 2015. Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off.

And as always, if you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the NBA DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

DraftKings NBA DFS Analysis

Chicago Bulls at Cleveland Cavaliers

After a dominant game one that saw the Bulls lead wire to wire, look for the Cavs to make an early strong push. LeBron James ($11,200) is the highest priced player on the board for good reason as he posted a strong 57.75 fantasy point outing despite shooting just 9/22 in game one. Kyrie Irving ($8,800) continues to see his value rise, but only one game under 40 fantasy points in five games, it is easy to see why. With J.R. Smith out for game one everyone was interested in seeing who would take his role on the wing with most assuming it would be Mike Miller ($2,200) or James Jones ($2,300), but it was actually Matthew Dellavadova who got 19 minutes. All three of these players are a risk, but on a two game slate they are such a value that it would be wise to find a way to fit one of them on your roster.

For Chicago, the beat goes as they continue to win with a very short rotation with only Taj Gibson ($4,000) seeing meaningful time off of the bench. Pau Gasol ($8,400) continues to be the most consistent option in the entire player pool as he has over 33 fantasy points in every game of the playoffs and consistently been over 40 points. In game one Gasol abused a short-handed Cleveland frontline for 21 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Outside of these two players, Derrick Rose ($7,500), Jimmy Butler ($8,700) and Mike Dunleavy ($4,900) continue to be solid plays in any format. If you were in desperate need of a sleeper Aaron Brooks ($2,300) has an extremely low price tag and is always capable of putting up big points in a short time frame.

Los Angeles Clippers at Houston Rockets

As was the case Monday, the status of Chris Paul ($9,300) is a huge unknown that will drastically change how Austin Rivers ($2,200) and Jamal Crawford ($4,500) are used. If Paul does in fact sit again, those two become almost automatic plays as they will see huge minutes in a fast paced game and could easily combine for the 67 fantasy points they put up on Monday night. Up front Blake Griffin ($10,300) posted yet another triple-double to give him three in the post season. At $900 less than James, Griffin could again be the top play on the board.

On the Houston side, the well-balanced Rockets were a bit rusty from some time off, but James Harden ($10,200) and Dwight Howard ($8,200) both hit value with nice all-around games. The struggle with picking Houston players is figuring out which supporting characters will step up in a given night. Josh Smith ($6,500), Trevor Ariza ($5,600), Corey Brewer ($4,300) and Terrance Jones ($5,000) are all capable of 40 fantasy point outings, but all struggled in game one. In terms of sleepers, Pablo Prigioni ($2,500) has played at least 19 minutes in every playoff game and posted 20.25 fantasy points in game one against the Clippers.
