D.J. Moore's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 14 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit D.J. Moore for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in Eight+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR1
ANALYSIS: Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore should be viewed as a solid fantasy WR1 play with upside when the Bears take on the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
Moore last faced the Lions on Nov. 19, when he was targeted nine times, catching seven passes for 96 yards and a touchdown. After a bit of a drop-off in production while Justin Fields was injured, Fields picked up right where he left off once a healthy Fields re-took the quarterback position for the Bears from Tyson Bagent.
In fact, Moore's been one of the NFL's best receivers when Fields has played. In the eight games that Fields has played this season, Moore has averaged 20.9 PPR points per game, with an average of 6.25 receptions for 99 yards. In the four games that Fields has missed, that drops to 10.3 PPR points per game and averages of five catches for 52.75 yards.
Fantasy managers should start D.J. Moore with confidence in all season-long leagues in Week 14 against the Detroit Lions, who allow the 12th-most passing yards per game in the NFL.
