Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (11/21/25) slate in Week 13. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.
It's another two-game Friday slate this week, but without the star power of last week. These four teams are jockeying for bowl position or just to get to a bowl. There are no ranked teams tonight, but two of them are still power teams.
We start this in Raleigh with a beleaguered Florida State team in town that somehow still has a shot at a bowl. We end in Vegas with UNLV inviting Hawaii for the Ninth Island trophy.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 11/21/25, starting at 8 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, highlighting one option at each end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Anthony Colandrea, UNLV ($8.2K)

Not enough is being said about that pass at a critical time last week. Colandrea put it where only his receiver could get it, so very close to the back of the end zone, on fourth down.
Most of what you hear about Colandrea has to do with his rushing ability, but he throws some nice passes as well. He has at least 22 DraftKings points in every game since October 11. Colandrea has over 250 passing yards in five of the last six games, all while rushing for at least 30 yards and averaging a rushing touchdown.
Hawaii's defense has been solid this year, but if Colandrea doesn't get it through the air, he'll get there on the ground. He has the highest ceiling at quarterback tonight.
Micah Alejado, Hawaii ($7.5K)
Honestly, there isn't a wrong answer at quarterback tonight. I chose Colandrea because of the rushing ability, but in reality, Tommy Castellanos may be a better pick. The Wolfpack are dead last in pass defense.
UNLV isn't much better. They are 123rd out of 136 FBS teams in pass defense. All four of these guys are good options, but Alejado has the highest upside because Hawaii is ninth in the FBS in passing offense.
Alejado struggled in his first game back on September 20, but in the five games since, he has 15 touchdowns to just three interceptions. Alejado has at least 250 passing yards in all five of those games, topping 300 in four of them and 400 on two of those.
The floor is high and we can't see the ceiling for Alejado tonight. He doesn't run at all, but when he's throwing for 400 yards and three touchdowns, do we care?
Also consider these QBs
- Tommy Castellanos, Florida State ($7.7K)
- CJ Bailey, North Carolina State ($6.9K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Hollywood Smothers, North Carolina State ($5.8K)
Smothers was a disaster against Miami last week, but the whole Wolfpack offense was. It wasn't just him. We'll look for him to rebound against Florida State.
The Seminoles have only allowed 125.1 rushing yards per game this season, but Smothers has at least two receptions in every game this season. He hasn't busted one yet, but we've seen on run plays that he can get loose.
I'd rather do with a sure thing in Smothers than play roulette with the Florida State backfield. That's where we're at on this slate.
Keyvone Lee, UNLV ($4.8K)
Lee isn't as explosive as Jai'Den Thomas (few are...they call him Jet for a reason), but he was solid last week against Utah State. With Thomas still battling a hamstring injury, it seems unlikely that he'll play in this game.
Even if Thomas plays, Lee is still a good option. He has at least 10 touches in each of the last four games. Three of those were behind Thomas. He still sees the field even with Thomas healthy, making Lee a nice low-risk salary saver with a chance at being the alpha back.
Also consider these RBs
- Landon Sims, Hawaii ($6.3K)
- Samuel Singleton Jr., Florida State ($4.6K) - if healthy
- Gavin Sawchuk, Florida State ($4.1K) - if Singleton is out

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Jackson Harris, Hawaii ($6.8K)
Jackson Harris has been a standout WR for Hawaii with 731 yards and an average of 17.4 yards per catch with 10 touchdowns.
Harris is 6-3 205 and has 5 straight games over 100 yards receiving.
— WestCoastCFB (@WestCoastCFB) November 15, 2025
If Harris were on a main Saturday slate, his price would be around $10K. He has at least 30 DK points in four of the last five games. In the one that he missed 30, he still had 21.7. Harris has the highest ceiling of any player at any position.
Duce Robinson, Florida State ($6.2K)
The Seminoles have been looking for a receiver to step up all season. The USC transfer has filled that role in recent weeks. Robinson has three straight games over 120 receiving yards and had 98 the game before the streak started.
The only thing that's missing is the touchdowns. Robinson has only two touchdowns in the last six games, but both have come during his streak of 100-yard games.
Things are looking up for Robinson, and North Carolina State is dead last in FBS in pass defense, allowing 299.9 yards per game. This could be a huge game for the Florida State passing attack, not just Robinson.
Brandon White, Hawaii ($4.3K)
You would think that in an offense that has Harris and target hog Pofele Ashlock that the third receiver would be in the witness protection program. That's not the case. White has 49 DraftKings points in the last four games.
He's remarkably consistent, too, with 9.3 DK points being the low mark in that span. I'm usually not big on running the third option at receiver, but when White is putting up double figures at this price, I'm all in!
Troy Omeire, UNLV ($4K)
Omeire isn't targeted a whole lot, but he is a big play waiting to happen. Omeire has 36.1 DK points in three games in November. He has become a big part of this offense, with defenses following Jaden Bradley like bloodhounds.
Also consider these WRs:
- Jaden Bradley, UNLV ($5.9K)
- Micahi Danzy, Florida State ($5K)
- DaeDae Reynolds, UNLV ($3.9K)
- Randy Pittman Jr., Florida State (3.8K)
DraftKings CFB Stacks
Florida State vs. North Carolina State
This won't be a full five-man stack because of the state of the Florida State backfield. NC State's run defense isn't bad anyway. I don't need to mess with a three-headed running back when one head isn't healthy and they all split carries evenly.
This is based on the FSU passing attack. Castellanos and Robinson will be a popular pair, but we should be able to go deeper than that. Pittman is heavily involved in the offense for a tight end, so we can use him as well.
There was a time not long ago when Micahi Danzy was the alpha receiver on this team. Not anymore. Those who make DFS lineups just by looking at the per-game average are going to miss the fact that Danzy only has 8.3 DK points in the last two games combined.
The Seminoles have instead turned to Lawayne McCoy. He was held to one catch last week, but he was big in the Clemson game. I view him as too much of a risk to use here. If you want a fourth option, just use Danzy. His price isn't overly prohibitive, and the upside is decent in this game.
Also consider these stacks:
- Hawaii
- UNLV (GPP only)
