The top Week 7 running back streamers, fantasy football pickups and RB starts for 2025. Target these fantasy rb streaming options with strong Week 7 matchups.
With injuries and bye weeks in full swing, many managers may need to find a streaming option at the running back position this week.
Even though most of the top-24 options are widely rostered, some sneaky players are widely available that possess just as much upside this weekend.
Let's take a look at the top streaming options for Week 7.

Top Running Back Streamers for Week 7
Only players rostered in fewer than 60% of fantasy football leagues are considered potential streamers.
Bam Knight (ARI) at Indianapolis Colts
15% Rostered
After taking the backseat in Week 5 to Michael Carter, Knight was deployed as the "1B" in the backfield in Week 6 during their loss to the Colts. Knight led the team with 11 rushing attempts. Knight tallied 34 yards and punched in his second touchdown in as many games.
While Carter will continue to be involved in the passing game, Knight is expected to remain the primary-drawn option and, more importantly, the goal-line running back. As a result, Knight carries decent TD upside despite facing a Green Bay defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest PPR points to opposing RBs.
Since Trey Benson (knee) has hit the IR, Knight has averaged double-digit PPR points in each game.

Tyjae Spears (TEN) vs. New England Patriots
30% Rostered
Spears is seeing his rostership climb but remains available in nearly 70% of leagues ahead of Week 7. While Spears had a minor role in his debut in Week 5, Spears actually out-snapped Tony Pollard in Week 6. During their loss to the Raiders, Spears logged 59% of the snaps while Pollard saw just 43%.
Spears was heavily involved in the passing game, catching all four of his targets and taking five rushing attempts. Facing the red-hot New England Patriots, the Titans will likely need to be playing catch-up throughout most of the second half, which should provide Spears with a positive game script.
He is a top streamer in PPR formats.

Tyler Allgeier (ATL) vs. San Francisco
35% Rostered
Despite being the No. 2 option to one of the best running backs in the sport, Tyler Allgeier has continued to provide solid FLEX value. Through five games, Allgeier has posted three double-digit PPR points and is on a two-game TD streak.
He has also logged at least 10 carries in all but one game and is averaging a solid 3.5 YPC. While his receiving upside is significantly limited, he should produce on his opportunities, facing a San Francisco defense that has allowed the ninth-most PPR points to RBs this season.
Kendre Miller (NO) at Chicago Bears
30% Rostered
After typically operating as nothing more than a change-of-pace option for most of his career, Miller has finally begun to increase his role. After logging just 11 snaps in both Weeks 1 and 2, Miller has become more of a "1B" to Alvin Kamara's "1A." Since Week 3, Miller has averaged 9.0 rushing attempts per game and has tallied 4.3 YPC. During this stretch, he has punched in one touchdown and has seen at least one target in all but one game.
While his upside is not overly high, he should be able to thrive on his limited opportunities, facing a Chicago defense that has allowed the fourth-most PPR points to opposing RBs. He is a viable streamer in deeper 12+ team leagues.
Isaiah Davis (NYJ) vs. Carolina Panthers
15% Rostered
The final running back has been more of a stash option over the past few weeks, but could see a larger role on Sunday. With top wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) listed as doubtful, ample targets could open up for the Jets' primary receiving back.
Since Week 4, Davis has seen 2.3 targets per game despite logging just under 35% of the team's total snaps. While Breece Hall should remain the primary running back, Davis could have a larger role as a receiver with Wilson sitting out. He is only a target in deep PPR leagues, but could draw a positive game script if the Panthers get out to an early lead.
