1546 articles

Zach has been covering fantasy sports across multiple platforms and websites since 2008, and he's been playing fantasy sports since the late 90s, when he totaled the fantasy scores from the box scores in the newspaper. He has covered a variety of sports from a fantasy perspective, including the main ones like baseball, basketball, golf, football, and hockey, while also jumping into some more exotic options like Australian Rules Football and rugby. Basically, any sport that has a fantasy format--he'll play it! Even though he grew up almost 8,000 miles away in Guam, he was raised a diehard Boston sports fan. After playing soccer competitively throughout high school and college, Zach now lives in central Massachusetts with his wife and four children. He attends as many games in as many sports as possible and has found a passion for watching minor league baseball and tracking player development. Zach specializes in finding bargain plays from obscure spots, and nothing is sweeter than when a low ownership bargain option carries your fantasy team to the win!

Dylan Moore Could Be a Fit in Boston

Free-agent infielder/outfielder Dylan Moore has had conversations with the Boston Red Sox, which makes sense since the team still has a ways to go before finalizing its infield setup for 2026. After Alex Bregman departed via free agency, the team has potential openings at 2B and 3B, with youngsters Marcelo Mayer and Kristian Campbell potentially […]

Kel'el Ware Ruled Out Thursday Against the Trail Blazers

Miami Heat center Kel'el Ware (hamstring) was downgraded from questionable to out for his team's Thursday night game in Portland. He also missed Tuesday's game against the Kings, and he's likely day-to-day at this point since no clear timetable has been given. With Ware missing a second straight game, the Heat will most likely go […]

Julius Randle Added to Thursday's Injury Report as Questionable

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Julius Randle (foot) was a mid-day addition to the injury report for his team's home game against the Bulls on Thursday. Randle is dealing with foot soreness, and if he's ruled out, Naz Reid would likely step into even more work off the bench and be a great play against the Bulls […]

Franz Wagner Ruled Out Thursday Against Charlotte

Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner (ankle) will not play Thursday in his team's first game back after two international matchups against the Grizzlies over the last week. Wagner was sidelined for over a month due to a sprained left ankle before returning for the games in Germany and London, but he won't be ready for […]

LaMelo Ball Questionable for Thursday's Matchup in Orlando

Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (thumb) is listed as questionable for the second game of his team's back-to-back, which is scheduled for Thursday night in Orlando. Moussa Cisse Upgraded to Probable

Dallas Mavericks center Moussa Cisse (illness) will likely be active on Thursday night for his team's home game against the Warriors. Cisse has put together three straight […]

Daniel Gafford Downgraded to Doubtful Thursday Against Golden State

Dallas Mavericks center Daniel Gafford (ankle) was downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Thursday night's home game against the Warriors. Yankees Looking for Help Behind the Plate

The New York Yankees secured a big part of their lineup by re-signing outfielder Cody Bellinger, but they're still looking to make some further tweaks to their roster. One item on the shopping list, according to New York Daily News' Gary Phillips, is a right-handed hitter who catches. All three of the Yankees' current catchers […]

Could Jasson Dominguez or Spencer Jones Be Available?

New York Yankees outfielders Jasson Dominguez or Spencer Jones could be shopped in trade offers after the Yankees locked up Cody Bellinger for the next five seasons. The Yankees have Aaron Judge and Trent Grisham to fill their everyday outfield spots, while Giancarlo Stanton will likely be the everyday DH. Dominguez and Jones each have […]

RJ Barrett Will Not Return Against the Warriors

Toronto Raptors guard/forward RJ Barrett (ankle) is still not ready to return from a sprained left ankle, and he'll miss his sixth straight game on Tuesday, when his team visits the Warriors.
