Welcome back, RotoBallers! Happy Juneteenth! Major League Baseball is ready to celebrate the holiday with 14 games on the schedule. The Mets and Phillies are the only teams getting the day off, with the rest of the league in action. The Wrigley matinee is the only day game, leaving 13 games under the lights. There are some great spots for home run props on the board, including games at Sutter Health Park and Coors Field. Let's start the weekend off right by finding some players poised to go yard this Friday.
In this article, I'll be going over my four favorite home run props. Make sure to check out the RotoBaller Discord, where you can find input from all our experts, which could include more home run spots as well as some great strikeout picks.

MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (6/19/2026)
James Wood OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+376 Kalshi)
The Nationals are in Tampa Bay this weekend and will start the series at the Trop by taking on Griffin Jax. James Wood seems like great value at almost +400 in the matchup, since the 23-year-old lefty has continued to mash homers all season.
Wood is up to 20 dingers on the year and has seven homers in his last 21 games. Over those 21 games, he is hitting .338 (27-for-80) with a .300 ISO, .454 wOBA, and a 20.4% barrel rate. His barrel rate has been one of the best in the majors all season, with the highest barrel rate per plate appearance and per batted ball, along with the third-highest hard-hit rate of all qualified hitters.
He has hit 15 of his 20 homers against righties like Jax, and his last home run was this moonshot off righty Emerson Hancock.

Jax has moved to the starting rotation for the Rays after beginning the season working out of the bullpen, and he has allowed seven homers in his 20 games this season, while going 1-5 with a 3.68 ERA. He has a 4.86 home ERA and has allowed five homers in just 16 2/3 innings at the Trop. Lefties have hit four of the homers against him and have a .349 wOBA in the splits.
Zach Neto OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+325 theScoreBET)
For the second straight season, Sutter Health Park has been one of the best home run parks to attack, as the A's continue to use the Triple-A park in Sacramento for most of their home games. The park factor is dramatically impacted by the wind, and on Friday, the forecast is for 11 mph wind blowing out and temperatures over 70.
In what should be a great environment, Neto and the Angels will get a very favorable matchup against struggling lefty Jeffrey Springs. Springs is 3-7 in his 15 starts with a 5.13 ERA and 19 homers served up in 15 starts. He has been especially hittable at home, where he is 2-5 with a 5.76 ERA and 12 homers allowed in 45 1/3 innings.
Righties have hit 13 of the homers against Springs this year and have a .233 ISO and .360 wOBA with a 9.5% barrel rate.
Neto will have to step up for the Angels over the next few weeks after Mike Trout (hamstring) landed on the injured list. Neto has 15 homers this season and hit home runs in back-to-back games earlier this week against the Diamondbacks in Arizona.

That leadoff smash gave him eight of his 15 homers on the road and four of his 15 long against lefties like Springs. He has five homers in his last 12 games and sports an impressive 21.4% barrel rate over that span.
In such a favorable matchup and environment, Neto is a strong home run prop to play against Springs this Friday.
