BALLER MOVE: Add in 2QB Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 5% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Just like last season, the Raiders have benched their starting QB down the stretch, but only this time, they actually have a long-term plan for what they'll do in the future. Aidan O'Connell is 25 and has the chance to solidify himself as the Raiders' QB1 in 2024.
Ever since replacing Jimmy Garoppolo as the full-time starter, O'Connell has thrown seven touchdowns and five interceptions in six games. He's wildly inconsistent, but there's always a chance that he goes off like he did last week.

O'Connell's four-touchdown performance in the historic 42-point blowout win against the Chargers ensured that he'll close out the season as the QB1 barring any injuries. These remaining games are the perfect opportunity for him to prove himself to Antonio Pierce as the Raiders' starting signal-caller for next season.
It won't be easy, as he'll face the Chiefs this week (seventh-fewest fantasy points allowed to QBs). After that game though, he'll go up against the Colts (15th-most fantasy points allowed to QBs) and the Broncos (ninth-most fantasy points allowed to QBs). If you believe that he can take advantage of even one of these three games, you should probably consider him in 2QB leagues.
