Virna Jandiroba wasn't able to capture the strawweight title as she dropped a unanimous decision to Mackenzie Dern in the co-main event of UFC 321 on Saturday. It was a close, back-and-forth fight where Jandiroba managed to take Dern down time and time again, but was unable to mount any meaningful offense, and that's the reason the outcome of the fight ended in Dern's favor. In 25 minutes of action, Jandiroba landed nine takedowns and 106 significant strikes. This was Jandiroba's first defeat since 2021.--Alen Kurbasic
