Tom Aspinall Vs. Ciryl Gane Ends in No-Contest
UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall had his first title defense, but the fight was ruled a no-contest following a brutal double eye-poke suffered by Aspinall with just 25 seconds left in the first round. It was a competitive fight up until Cyril Gane poked Aspinall in both of his eyes. Dana White confirmed we're going to get the rematch, and there might even be some bad blood in the build-up as Aspinall believes the double eye-poke was intentional. In 4:35 of action, Aspinall landed 27 significant strikes.
