FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (12/10/21): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

John Brubaker highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 12/10/21, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

Happy Friday, RotoBallers, and welcome to December! I hope this week of NBA DFS has treated you well. I've finally finished the majority of my NBA model, and so far so good. I'm trying to implement different factors to separate cash options against GPP options. I'll continue to keep you all updated with the adjustments I make, and with all of that said, let's get to tonight!

Tonight we have a decent-sized slate, with nine games on tap. With FanDuel adding multi-position eligibility players, we'll have to attack slates a bit differently to make our lineups as optimal as possible. That's where I come in! I'll look to find my personal top plays and values for tonight's slate. Things can change during the day as well, so I'll do my best to update as news comes out!

Here are my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/10/21. You can also check out today's DraftKings NBA DFS lineup picks. Keep an eye on RotoBaller’s injury news to stay up to date before lineups are locked.

FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Josh Giddey, SG - vs LAL ($5,500)

I start off tonight with Josh Giddey. Giddey has had a solid rookie season from a fantasy perspective, averaging 29.29 FanDuel points per game. That number has regressed a bit over the last four games down to 23.15, but I expect him to turn things around tonight. He gets a solid matchup against the Lakers tonight, who come into this one 16th in shooting guard efficiency. The Lakers are on a back-to-back after losing to Memphis last night, so expect Giddey to take advantage. In two games against the Lakers this season, Giddey has averaged 34.5 FanDuel points. My projections have him at 31.67 FanDuel points tonight.

Devonte' Graham, PG/SG - vs DET ($5,200)

Graham is another player who has had a rough stretch, but it's reasonable to think he'll turn it around tonight. He gets a strong matchup against the Pistons, who come into this one ranked dead last in point guard efficiency. The projected game pace (99.5) is somewhat concerning, but my early projections have Graham at 28.66 FanDuel points tonight, creating solid value at a rather cheap price.

Armoni Brooks, SG - vs MIL ($4,300)

I was able to get Brooks at a solid 4.1% in GPPs on Wednesday night, and he turned out solid production with 29 FanDuel points in a point-per-minute performance against the Nets. He gets a tougher matchup against the Bucks tonight, who come into this one 4th in shooting guard efficiency. I don't plan on playing Brooks in cash, but he should be a solid GPP option if he can keep his momentum rolling, averaging 21.11 FanDuel points in his last four games. My early projections have him at 24.69 FanDuel points tonight, making Brooks a solid GPP "punt" play.

Also consider: Malcolm Brogdon ($7,400), Alec Burks ($6,000)

FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Miles Bridges, SF - vs SAC ($8,400)

The Hornets are still dealing with injuries and COVID protocol issues, which opens up value in their starting lineup. While Bridges's usage has actually gone down since Rozier and Ball have been out of the lineup, it hasn't affected his fantasy performance. He comes into a solid matchup tonight against the Kings who rank 20th in small forward efficiency. This game has the highest projected pace of any of the games on tonight's slate (105.35), and my early projections show Bridges scoring 47.11 FanDuel points tonight.

Mikal Bridges, SF/PF - vs BOS ($5,200)

A little Bridges connection tonight, as Mikal comes in at a respectable $5,200 price. The matchup and game pace aren't the greatest, with the Celtics coming into this one 12th in small forward efficiency and the game pace only sitting at 99.55. However, with Devin Booker once again out for tonight's contest, I'll look to take advantage in GPPs with Bridges. Bridges price fluctuates too much for me to trust him in cash, but I'll happily play him in GPPs as my early projections have him slated for 28.38 FanDuel points.

Precious Achiuwa, PF/C - vs NY ($4,900)

Achiuwa comes into tonight's game against the Knicks averaging 22.65 FanDuel points over his last four games, a slight bump from his 22.44 fantasy points per game clip for the season. The Knicks are middle of the pack in center efficiency, coming into this one at 17th. My early projections have Achiuwa at 27.23 FanDuel points, but he's another guy who I would consider GPP only as his production variance is too high to trust in cash. It's also important to note that as I'm writing this, Achiuwa is a game-time decision. This is something to keep an eye on as the day goes on, and if he's ruled out it opens the door for Pascal Siakam, Scottie Barnes, and Chris Boucher to have big nights.

Also consider: Harrison Barnes ($6,000), Scottie Barnes ($7,700)

FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Anthony Davis, C/PF - at OKC ($10,000)

AD and the Lakers head to OKC tonight after falling to the shorthanded Grizzlies last night. Davis had just 37.1 FanDuel points in a 38-minute performance, so he'll look to bounce back tonight against a Thunder team who struggle against the power forward position, coming into this one dead last in efficiency against the position. My early projections have AD playing 38 minutes once again with a fantasy output of 49.94 FanDuel points, and with the way the Lakers are playing now, I'm not worried about any sort of blowout.

Deandre Ayton, C - vs BOS ($7,500)

Another Sun that I want exposure to tonight is Deandre Ayton. Ayton has had a +3.5 point per game increase over his last four, likely due to his equal +3.5% usage increase. The Celtics are strong against the centers, coming in ranked fourth in center efficiency, thanks to the Williams and Horford bunch underneath the basket. However, Ayton is on a roll, and assuming he continues to have a usage over 20%, he's a viable option at just $7,500. My early projections have Ayton scoring 40.41 FanDuel points tonight, making him one of the top centers on the slate in terms of value.

Also consider: John Collins ($7,600), Jarrett Allen ($8,600)
