DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/11/21): NBA DFS Lineups

Bam Adebayo - Miami Heat

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on November 11, 2021. Euan Leith provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Thursday, RotoBallers! This article will give you all the great picks you come for as usual, but I want to take a quick second to thank the veterans for their service to this country on Veteran's Day.

Three games on the schedule tonight leaves us with some slim pickings compared to a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday slate, but I'll make it work for your DraftKings lineups. We are also looking at some real slugfests, with the Clippers being the only team averaging over 100 in the PACE metric. It produces a pace-up spot for Heat players, but my sheet has the Raptors-76ers matchup with a 93.9 projected pace. Yikes!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/11/21. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. Remember to monitor injury news as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

DraftKings Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Tyrese Maxey - PG, PHI vs. TOR ($6,800)

I'm not sure how you fade Maxey right now with the sort of opportunity he is getting in the Philadelphia offense. Over the last two games, the point guard has averaged 23.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 2.5 stocks (steals+blocks), and 3.5 three-pointers in 39 minutes. In those contests, Maxey's attempted 19 and 24 shots, respectively, setting back-to-back season-highs in the process. Tobias Harris (protocols) is questionable for tonight's game and could return to the court for the first time in a week and a half. However, with Joel Embiid (protocols) out, I expect Harris' return to affect Georges Nianing and Furkan Korkmaz more than Maxey. The 21-year old has returned seven times his salary in two-straight games and will have the chance to make it three in a row versus the Raptors on Thursday.

Tyler Herro - PG/SG, MIA at LAC ($6,100)

Jimmy Butler (ankle) went down against the Lakers last night, and it's safe to assume he will not be playing in tonight's game versus the Clippers. Therefore, Tyler Herro will have the lion's share of the offense to himself, more than he already does. The third-year guard has been one of the league's breakout candidates through the first eighth of the season and has a pace-up spot against the Clippers to have a fantastic DFS night. Herro has scored at least 36 fantasy points in three of his last five games, and they all came when he attempted at least 18 shots. He won't have a problem reaching that number with Butler out and against a Clippers defense, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to point guards this season.

Others to consider: Donovan Mitchell ($9,100), Kyle Lowry ($7,100), T.J. McConnell ($5,500)

DraftKings Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

OG Anunoby - SF/PF, TOR at PHI ($7,600)

As he works his way back into game shape, Raptors Head Coach Nick Nurse ruled out Pascal Siakam (neck) for tonight's game. As a result, Anunoby should bounce straight back to his early-season form, where we watched him taking the leap. Not so coincidentally, his two worst DFS performances in his last 10 games came when Siakam was on the court. In the eight games before Siakam's return, Anunoby averaged 40 fantasy points per game. And in the two where they played together, the former-Indiana standout averaged 29.4 FPPG. Maybe I'm reading too much into a two-game trend, but that can make all the difference on a small slate. Therefore, OG Anunoby is one of the few higher-priced players I'm looking at tonight.

Nicolas Batum - SF/PF, LAC vs. MIA ($5,300)

Playing the Heat is a pace-down spot for this Clippers offense. Fortunately,  Batum contributes in so many categories that he is still a tremendous value at $5,300. Over his last five games, the Frenchman averages 16.8 points on 63.8 percent shooting, with 6.6 rebounds, 2.2 stocks, and 3.4 three-pointers. Batum has made four threes in four of those five games, and his deep-ball shooting is elevating him as one of the premier-DFS values around. With Jimmy Butler (ankle) likely to miss this game, the Heat's defense will also take a hit and open things up even further for Batum and his teammates.

Others to consider: Paul George ($10,200), Scottie Barnes ($6,600), Justin Holiday ($3,800)

DraftKings Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Andre Drummond - C, PHI vs. TOR ($8,600)

DraftKings is really trying to price us out of the Andre Drummond game with his $8,600 salary, but, much like Leo DiCaprio in The Wolf of Wall Street said, "I'm not freaking leaving!!!" I'm not getting off the Drummond train until the wheels come off the track. He's scored over 50 fantasy points in all three games where Joel Embiid is on the injury table, and it's happening again on Thursday. In his three starts, the two-time All-Star is averaging 15 points, 20 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 3.6 stocks. His offensive rating is 132 and shows just how efficient he's been on the offensive end when he gets the starting nod. The Raptors are a formidable defense for centers, but this is the Drummond show, and another 50-point even is an automatic six times return on this lofty salary.

Bam Adebayo - C, MIA at LAC ($7,400)

I'm employing the double-center strategy tonight in a lot of my lineups. First, Drummond's floor is too good to pass up, and now, with Jimmy Butler's injury, I envision a massive night for Bam Adebayo on the West Coast. Yes, the downturn in assist numbers is well documented since Kyle Lowry's arrival. However, without Butler, Adebayo should return to his playmaking ways, even if it's just for one evening. For added measure, he's coming off a tremendous game in the same building against the Lakers on Wednesday. Adebayo posted 28 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and six steals in 34 minutes in an overtime loss. While a repeat in the steals department is unlikely, I can certainly imagine similar totals in point, rebounds, and assists against the Clippers and their 11th-worst defense versus centers.

Others to consider: Myles Turner ($7,000), Paul Reed ($3,800)
