Jamison Crowder is a 2021 fantasy football draft sleeper at wide receiver and an ADP draft value. Target Crowder as an undervalued WR in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~185 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~213
ANALYSIS: The New York Jets and wide receiver Jamison Crowder renegotiated his contract for the 2021 season, keeping him on the team for another year at least. Crowder was a rumored cut candidate throughout the offseason thanks to a $10 million cap hit in non-guaranteed money. Now Crowder will be a veteran presence to mentor a young wide receiver corps and serve as a safety blanket for rookie quarterback Zach Wilson in New York.
Crowder is coming off a 59-catch, 699-yard, six-touchdown season over 12 games in 2020 and should serve as a low-end WR3 in PPR leagues this year. On one hand, the Jets signed Corey Davis to a multimillion-dollar deal to be the No. 1 WR and selected speedy Mississippi pipsqueak Elijah Moore in April's draft as well. Keenan Cole and Denzel Mims are still in the picture as well, all potentially eating into targets for Crowder.
With all of that being said, Crowder is being drafted extremely late, and is practically a free pick at the end of drafts. He was productive for fantasy owners last year, especially in PPR leagues, and we don't know exactly how this offense will play out with talented rookie Zach Wilson. As an experienced veteran who knows how to get open, Crowder can see his fair share of targets, especially if the Jets find themselves playing from behind often and throwing a lot in catch-up mode. Feel free to draft him as a late-round flier with sleeper potential in PPR leagues.
