Free-agent running back Bilal Powell (neck) has been fully cleared from the neck injury that was thought to be career-threatening. Powell averaged 4.3 yards per carry last year with the Jets and is healthy and says he's "really looking forward to getting back to work." He was only able to play in seven games due to his injury in 2018, but a team could take a chance on him to help with their running back depth. Powell is a long shot to carve out a role that will make him fantasy relevant, but it also will depend on which team he lands with.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
