Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Seth Jones (knee) is expected to be out four to six weeks after suffering an MCL sprain in a preseason game on Tuesday. This timeframe has him set to return somewhere between October 24 and November 7. Jones was the 13th ranked defenseman on Yahoo Fantasy heading into the regular season. He was a Second Team All-Star last season and came fourth in Norris Trophy voting. He tallied 16 goals, 41 assists, 17 PPP, and 249 shots on goal in 2017-18. Jones had an ADP of 54 prior to the injury, so perhaps fantasy managers can snag the elite defenseman a little later on draft day. He remains a D1 for fantasy purposes.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
