Two-Start Pitcher Streamers (Week 19): Head-to-Head Leagues

As a new week is upon us, it's time to get rid of that bench bat or middle reliever you have hanging around. Instead, maximize your roster slots with some pitchers who have two starts this week and are probably still available in your league.

Here are the top two-start pitchers to stream for Week 19 of the fantasy baseball season. This can be especially helpful for head-to-head (H2H) leagues, where every start can be that much more valuable. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @TroyKlauder.

As always, I will be selecting starting pitchers who are owned in 50% or less of ESPN leagues.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball draft tools and resources:

Under the Radar Two-Start SP Streamers - Week 19

Trevor Cahill, Kansas City Royals – owned in 21.5% of ESPN leagues

Projected starts: vs. STL, @CHW

While Trevor Cahill has certainly had it rough in his last few outings, this is not the time to give up on him. Cahill still gets lots of swings-and-misses, as he's got a strong 25.3% K-rate on the year, and also has an outstanding 55.4% groundball rate. Cahill's rocking a 3.35 Deserved Run Average, meaning that he's actually been pitching much better than his ERA would suggest. He gets his first start of the week at Kauffman Stadium, a fantastic park for pitchers, against an average Cardinals lineup that ranks 14th in wOBA versus righties with their .321 mark. Cahill then gets to face one of the worst lineups in the league, the White Sox, whose .304 wOBA against right-handers ranks them second-to-last in all of baseball. Now is the time to buy low on Cahill.

Ariel Miranda, Seattle Mariners – owned in 34.28% of ESPN leagues

Projected starts: @OAK, vs. LAA

Mariners lefty Ariel Miranda has a great opportunity in Week 19 with his weak matchups. His first start is against the Athleitcs, in their spacious ballpark where pitchers thrive. The A's have just a .295 wOBA versus lefties, ranking them 27th, and they strike out at a huge 24.5% clip. Then, Miranda faces another poor offense in the Angels, who are second-to-last against left-handed pitching with their paltry .289 wOBA. These are two lineups that Miranda can carve up. Pick him up for some quality innings to help your ratios out.

JC Ramirez, Los Angeles Angels – owned in 18.4% of ESPN leagues

Projected starts: vs. BAL, @SEA

Ramirez has been superb in the last 30 days, putting up a 1.93 ERA in 32 2/3 innings. He faces the Orioles at home in his first start, which is an important note, as the Orioles struggle away from their hitter-friendly park at home. They've got just a .309 team wOBA on the road this season, and they will have difficulties at Angel Stadium. Ramirez also faces the Mariners in Week 19, who are about league-average with their .321 wOBA versus righties. With two solid matchups, Ramirez should be able to keep on rolling.

Brent Suter, Milwaukee Brewers – owned in 23.9% of ESPN leagues

Projected starts: @MIN, vs. CIN

Along with Ramirez, Brent Suter is another starter to find unexpected success this season. He's got a 3.04 ERA with a 3.27 FIP this year, meaning he's been legitimately good in his 50 1/3 innings. While he won't blow you away with strikeouts, the lefty does a great job of limiting baserunners. He faces two teams that both seem like tough lineups on the surface, but both of them actually struggle against lefties. The Twins have a .307 wOBA against lefties, while the Reds are only slightly better at .312. This ranks them at 22nd and 19th in the league, respectively. It's surprising to still see Suter at such a low ownership rate, so grab him in your league before it's too late.
