What makes Houston's number two wide receiver an interesting waiver wire target is how much Houston struggled without him in their loss to the Colts. DeAndre Hopkins had an impressive 11-reception game, but Keith Mumphery had the next most receptions among wideouts-- just four. The Texans need Shorts back in the lineup, which is great news for fantasy owners looking for a bye-week filler.
