Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews put up a dud in Week 12 after a three-game stretch where he finished as the TE5, TE9, and TE4 in half-PPR formats. Before that stretch, he only had one other TE1 finish. In Week 13, however, Andrews and the Ravens take on the Cincinnati Bengals. They're ranked last against opposing tight ends in fantasy, and give up an average of 22.80 fantasy points per game to the position. The second-worst team gives up 17.50 on average, so the Bengals have been especially bad. In fact, they're the only team that has given up close to 1,000 receiving yards and more than seven touchdowns (13). So, Andrews holds TE1 value once again.--Alex Fischbein
