Brad's college football DFS rankings for Week 4 on 9/20/25. His daily fantasy college football rankings for QBs, RBs, and WRs and the DFS slates on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Now fully immersed in the college football season, Week 4 should provide us with some fun plays and games to attack. An early note on DraftKings pricing, the wide receiver pricing algorithm seems to be broken. This week, you can get several of the top pass-catchers in the game for well below market value. We will hit on this more below, but as you are building those lineups, keep that in mind.
There are a couple of juicy games to stack this week in GPPs. Games such as TCU/SMU (O/U 64.5), Arkansas/Memphis (O/U 63.5), and Ole Miss/Tulane (61.5) all provide big totals that could be exploited this week on both sides.
In the article below, you will find my CFB DFS lineup picks for Week 4 (Saturday, September 20) via my positional college football rankings. CFB DFS Quarterback Rankings
QB | Cash Rankings Per $ | QB | GPP Rankings Per $
1 | John Mateer | 1 | Taylen Green
2 | Taylen Green | 2 | Josh Hoover
3 | Devon Dampier | 3 | John Mateer
4 | Josh Hoover | 4 | Devon Dampier
5 | Kevin Jennings | 5 | Jackson Arnold
6 | Behren Morton
|
6 | Darian Mensah | |
7 | Jackson Arnold | 7 | Austin Simmons
8 | Darian Mensah | 8 | Behren Morton
9 | Jake Retzlaff | 9 | Cade Klubnik
10 | Cade Klubnik | 10 | Jake Retzlaff |
In cash games, there are a ton of great options this week at quarterback. Players such as John Mateer, Taylen Green, and Devon Dampier provide an incredibly high floor as they are dual-threat options and have the ball in their hands a ton. If you are looking to save a little money from the top end at a potential super flex, Jackson Arnold and Darian Mensah offer similar skill sets, but have been a bit less consistent in their performances.
For GPPs, as noted above, I would look to double-stack quarterbacks from one of the high total games and hope there is a shootout. Players such as Jake Retzlaff, Austin Simmons, and Behren Morton could duel it out with their counterparts and put up massive numbers.

CFB DFS Running Back Rankings
RB | Cash Rankings Per $ | RB | GPP Rankings Per $
1 | Kewan Lacy | 1 | Jeremiyah Love
2 | Hollywood Smothers | 2 | J'Koby Williams
3 | Jeremiyah Love | 3 | Kewan Lacy
4 | J'Koby Williams | 4 | Justice Haynes
5 | Mike Washington Jr. | 5 | Tory Blaylock
6 | Sutton Smith | 6 | Hollywood Smothers
7 | Justice Haynes | 7 | Mike Washington Jr.
8 | Tory Blaylock | 8 | Sutton Smith
9 | TJ Harden | 9 | Emmett Johnson
10 | Emmett Johnson | 10 | Wayshawn Parker |
The running back group feels very balanced this week across the board. The high-end plays such as Kewan Lacy, Hollywood Smothers, and Jeremiyah Love all feel appropriately priced. Meanwhile, there are no true low-end options that jump off the page other than Tory Blaylock, who got 14 carries last week and appears to be Oklahoma's top back.
In GPPs, I expect the aforementioned Love to really have a monster game this week as Notre Dame finally gets a cupcake matchup in Purdue. This is also where you can target tough matchups like Justice Haynes has with a Nebraska defense that is solid, but is 80th in the country in rush yards allowed. Wayshawn Parker is also a sneaky running back for Memphis in a game it will likely need to score a ton of points.

CFB DFS Wide Receiver Rankings
WR | Cash Rankings Per $ | WR | GPP Rankings Per $
1 | Romello Brinson | 1 | Romello Brinson
2 | Harrison Wallace III | 2 | Harrison Wallace III
3 | Joseph Manjack IV | 3 | Bryant Wesco Jr.
4 | Vinny Anthony II | 4 | O'Mega Blake
5 | Bryant Wesco Jr. | 5 | Dorian Fleming
6 | Deion Burks | 6 | Jordan Dwyer
7 | Dorian Fleming | 7 | Joseph Manjack IV
8 | Reggie Virgil | 8 | Wesley Grimes
9 | O'Mega Blake | 9 | Eli Raridon
10 | Wesley Grimes | 10 | Cooper Barkate |
As noted above, if you are playing DraftKings this weekend, their receiver pricing model is just broken. Romello Brinson and Harrison Wallace III have been great this year, are in plus matchups, and are near the minimum. It would be wise to play at least two of these under $4,500 options in all cash games this week. They will be popular, but it will be hard to avoid such great prices.
In GPPs, it will be interesting; the values are so blatant that it may be worth passing on them in the hopes they have a down game. Players such as Bryant Wesco Jr. and O'Mega Blake have been eating up the targets, and could be low-used options in GPPs. Meanwhile, you could mix in a minimum value tight end like Joseph Manjack IV or a Dorian Fleming at an equally low price and get much less overlap on lineups.
