Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell (wrist) is going to miss significant time to start the season. According to Ian Rapoport, O'Connell is expected to miss 6-to-8 weeks of action due to a fractured wrist. Ouch, O'Connell was in line to be the backup to Geno Smith to begin the season. Now, rookies Cam Miller and Tommy Mellott are in line to take over that job. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Raiders add a veteran before the season begins. Everyone will need to make their final cuts soon, which probably means the Raiders will have a few options to pick from. Regardless, Smith is viewed as the full-time starter, so no other quarterback will have value in Las Vegas.--Andy Webb
