The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Conference Finals (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.
Welcome to the UFL Conference Finals, RotoBallers! It'll be Michigan at Birmingham in the first game on Sunday, and then St. Louis will host D.C. to cap off the semifinal round. Currently, Birmingham (-1.5) and St. Louis (-2.5) are the favorites, although both games are projected to be competitive and high-scoring affairs.
With only two games on the slate, there aren’t a ton of options, but that means every lineup decision matters a little more. We’ve got some familiar names in great spots, a few sneaky value plays, and plenty of ways to get different without getting weird.
Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Conference Finals DFS slate of UFL contests, which goes live on 6/8 at 3 ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Conference Finals UFL DFS Picks
Max Duggan - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. D.C. Defenders - $9.5K
We can save some money by getting to Duggan, who slots in with the third-highest QB salary of the four starters on the slate. The rushing upside is immense with the former TCU star, as he had an astonishing 51 carries for 272 yards in Weeks 4-8. He doesn't pass for much volume, but any seasoned DFS or fantasy player knows that there's an edge to be gained with rushing QBs.
The D.C. Defenders can, ironically, be exploited defensively. They allow 4.8 yards per carry, the highest in the league, and permitted 12 rushing touchdowns over their 10 regular-season games. They have a better pass defense, but if Duggan is going to get the job done this week, it'll be through the ground game anyway.
DraftKings Running Backs - Conference Finals UFL DFS Picks
Ricky Person Jr. - Birmingham Stallions vs. Michigan Panthers - $6.6K
Person Jr. is the clear lead back for the Stallions, but he's not priced like it. His salary is the sixth-highest at the position, and he's somehow cheaper than his backup, C.J. Marable. Person's 8.8 DK PPG average ranks third on the slate, and he's on a nice roll with four scores over his last four contests.
Michigan has the top rush defense in the UFL, but we're leaning on touch volume and a potential score (or two) with this play. The game has a high 46.5-point implied total, so he should have his chances at reaching the end zone and crushing value at his salary on Sunday.
Jarveon Howard - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. D.C. Defenders - $6K
Jacob Saylors remains entrenched as the RB1 for St. Louis, but Howard has earned a meaningful role with big games to close out the season. He rushed 12 times for 60 yards and a score in Week 9, and then he followed it up with a 19-89-1 line in Week 10 against the same team he'll be facing on Sunday.
As mentioned, teams can run on D.C. as they've allowed the highest yards per carry in the UFL this season. This matchup has the highest implied total on the slate at 47.5 points, which means there's an increased likelihood of Howard getting his cracks at a score at his low salary.
DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Conference Finals UFL DFS Picks
Jace Sternberger - Birmingham Stallions vs. Michigan Panthers - $4.8K
Sternberger is a sneaky bargain-bin priced option at the WR/TE position. He doesn't see a ton of target volume, but he makes his catches count as he averages 13.7 yards per reception. He only has two scores, but he's a big red-zone target going up against a vulnerable Michigan pass defense.
The Panthers allowed the most attempts, receptions, and passing yards while ranking seventh in yards per reception this season. This should be a high-scoring game, so everything is lining up for Sternberger to beat value in the opening playoff round.
Cornell Powell - D.C. Defenders @ St. Louis Battlehawks - $7.8K
Powell is the hottest WR in the league, averaging 23.1 DK PPG with six scores over his last four games. He's somehow the sixth-most expensive option at the position, so I love getting him in lineups as a runback option to pair with St. Louis stacks.
St. Louis has a solid pass defense, but Jordan Ta'amu and the D.C. offense are one of the more pass-heavy units in the league. Ta'amu averages 239 passing yards and has a 17/4 TD/INT rate this season, so Powell should get plenty of looks with the season on the line.
