UFL DFS Lineup Picks: DraftKings Daily Fantasy Advice for Week 10

UFL DFS PICKS, FANTASY FOOTBALL, DRAFTKINGS, FANDUEL

The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Week 10 (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Welcome to Week 10 of the UFL season, RotoBallers! The playoff race is over, but we've still got one week to go in the UFL's second regular season. It'll be Birmingham, Michigan, St. Louis, and D.C. squaring off next week, while Houston, Memphis, Arlington, and San Antonio will be preparing for next season. We have some exciting matchups in Week 10, especially the St. Louis vs. D.C. showdown, which kicks off on Friday night.

We’re far enough into the season to trust the usage trends, but there’s still room for value, especially with injuries shaking up depth charts. Now’s the time to stay sharp, hunt leverage, and get weird when the slate calls for it.

Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Week 10 DFS slate of UFL contests, which goes live on 5/30 at 8 ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 10 UFL DFS Picks

Max Duggan - St. Louis Battlehawks @ D.C. Defenders - $9.6K

Max Duggan had a letdown performance in Week 9, finishing with just 9.9 DK points after averaging 21.1 DK PPG in his four previous contests. He completed 71% of his passes, but threw for only 133 yards and one touchdown as the St. Louis trounced San Antonio 39-13. Week 10 projects to be much more competitive as the Battlehawks are 2.5-point favorites against D.C., in a game with the highest implied total on the slate (42.5 points).

The Defenders can be exploited through the air. They've permitted seven passing touchdowns, rank seventh in completion rate, and sixth in QB efficiency rating. Duggan hasn't faced this team yet this season, but he has put up big performances against more formidable defenses on several occasions already this year.

Bonus Picks: J'Mar Smith (Birmingham @ Memphis - $9.8K)

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 10 UFL DFS Picks

Dae Dae Hunter - Arlington Renegades @ San Antonio Brahmas - $8.2K

We're going to keep attacking this putrid San Antonio rush defense with Hunter in Week 10. The Brahmas have allowed 18 touchdowns over nine games, and their 128.9 rushing yards per game also ranks dead last in the league. St. Louis just put up 169 rushing yards on 32 attempts (5.3 yards per carry) with two scores on the ground in Week 9. With Arlington favored by 6.5 points, we could see a run-heavy attack if this game gets uncompetitive.

Hunter isn't the most well-known name in the league, but he has eclipsed double-digit DK points in six of his nine games played this season. He's averaging 13 DK PPG over his last four contests despite not reaching the end zone. I bet he punches at least one in against San Antonio in Week 10.

Larry Rountree III - Birmingham Stallions @ Memphis Showboats - $5.3K

We're going bargain shopping for the second RB pick in Week 10. The former Chargers 6th round pick is third on the depth chart in Birmingham, but he has a few things working in his favor for Week 10. First, he's coming off an efficient 15.5 DK point game in Week 9. He only rushed three times, but he turned those into 21 yards and two scores. Punching just one touchdown in would get the job done at his modest salary this week.

Second, Memphis has the second-worst rush defense after San Antonio. They allow 124.6 rushing yards per game, and while they've only permitted six scores on the ground, that number is due to come up. The Stallions should be able to take the lead and deploy a run-heavy approach. With the playoffs starting next week, the Birmingham coaching staff may decide it's best to give the regular starters a little rest.

DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 10 UFL DFS Picks

Hakeem Butler - St. Louis Battlehawks @ D.C. Defenders - $8.3K

Butler is going to be my preferred stacking option to pair with Duggan in Week 10. He competes with Jahcour Pearson for targets, but he's the clear WR1 and gets nearly all the downfield and red zone looks in this offense. He has four touchdowns and two spike games over his last five, as he finished with 17.6 DK points in Week 9 and 29.4 DK points in Week 5.

As detailed in the Duggan blurb, the Defenders have shown some weakness with their pass defense. With this game being the highest implied total on the slate, I'm more than willing to bet on Butler keeping the good times rolling in Week 10.

Cornell Powell - D.C. Defenders vs. St. Louis Battlehawks - $8.1K

Powell has exploded onto the scene over the last four weeks, averaging 23.1 DK PPG while spiking for 33.4 and 21.9 DK points over the previous two weeks. He now has the highest average output at WR/TE, but he's only priced as the eighth-most expensive player at the position.

He has WR1 Chris Rowland and a competent running game to compete with, but he should get his looks in what should be a relatively high-scoring game against the Battlehawks.

Bonus Pick: Deon Cain - Birmingham @ Memphis - $8.9K)
