Nico Collins's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 14 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Nico Collins for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Upside WR2
ANALYSIS: Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins will spend the remainder of the 2023 season as the team's No. 1 wideout due to rookie Tank Dell's injury. Because of that, he should be viewed as a high-end WR2 with upside heading into Sunday's meeting with the New York Jets.
Last week against the Broncos, Collins was targeted 12 times, catching nine passes for 191 yards and a touchdown. It was his second 100-yard game in a row and his fourth of the 2023 NFL season. Collins has 59 catches for 991 yards and six touchdowns this season for the Texans. He is averaging 90.1 receiving yards per game.
He'd be a WR1 option this week if it wasn't for a poor matchup. The Texans are facing a New York Jets defense that allows the third-fewest passing yards per game in the NFL. Last week, the team held Falcons No. 1 receiver Drake London to one catch for eight yards. Keep your expectations in check, but Collins should be in your lineup in all formats because of his strong recent play and his role as Houston's top pass-catching option.
