Welcome back, RotoBallers! We're heading into Week 24 of the fantasy baseball season. There were plenty of impressive prospect performances in the minor leagues last week.
It's imperative to monitor the top fantasy baseball prospects who have turned heads thus far. The players listed here are not only coming off dominant weeks but have also impressed over the entire season. Don't be surprised when these exact names are painting corners, mashing homers, and swiping bags at the big-league level soon.
Fantasy managers should certainly keep an eye on these players over the long haul as they may prove to be excellent adds in no time.

Justyn-Henry Malloy - 3B, Detroit Tigers
Level: Triple-A
2023 stats: 120 G, .293/.431/.410, 23 HR, 81 RBI, 86 R, 5 SB, 18.3 BB%, 23.4 K%, .365 BABIP, .420 wOBA, 140 wRC+
Malloy is one of the most well-rounded hitters in Minor League Baseball, showing advanced patience and discipline while still making quality contact and tapping into his power. He was acquired from the Braves last December and has quickly pleased the Tigers' organization with his strong offensive production at the Triple-A level. With that said, his makeup is a little less night-and-day defensively; the Tigers hope he can play third base long-term, but if that's not possible due to limited range and arm strength, he'll likely shift to left field or first base.
This past week, Malloy went 9-for-20 with four homers, five RBI, seven walks, and eight strikeouts. It was an impressive stretch for the 23-year-old who, with 129 Triple-A games on his resume, still has a chance to reach the majors within the next month or so.
Robby Snelling - SP, San Diego Padres
Level: Double-A
2023 stats: 20 G, 20 GS, 10-3, 95.0 IP, 1.80 ERA, 2.99 FIP, 10.42 K/9, 3.03 BB/9, 0.28 HR/9, .296 BABIP
Snelling was the 39th overall pick in 2022, joining the Padres on an above-slot deal after dominating the Nevada prep circuit. The 6-foot-3 southpaw has already touched 97 mph with his fastball, and given the fact that he's just 19 years old, he should gain additional velocity over the next few years. His slider is also quite advanced for his age, though he needs to develop his changeup as a solid tertiary offering in order to be a reliable rotation option long-term.
The teenage hurler was brilliant in August, earning a promotion midway through the month and allowing just four runs over 24.2 innings of work. He was particularly impressive during his final outing on Aug. 30 in which he tossed five no-hit innings. He issued nine strikeouts while walking three batters en route to earning the win.
Junior Caminero - SS/3B, Tampa Bay Rays
Level: Double-A
2023 stats: 107 G, .332/.394/.601, 28 HR, 87 RBI, 79 R, 5 SB, 8.6 BB%, 20.1 K%, .370 BABIP, .435 wOBA, 160 wRC+
Signed out of the Dominican Republic by the Guardians in 2019, Caminero was traded to the Rays in 2021 and has blossomed into their top prospect. His swing is a thing of beauty, generating plenty of speed at just the right angle so that he can pull baseballs to all parts of the field. He looks natural in the batter's box and has shown an advanced hit tool for his age (20). He's also decent defensively; with his slightly above-average glovework and arm, he'll likely patrol third base long-term.
This past week, Caminero went 9-for-22 with four homers, six RBI, five walks, and four strikeouts. He has blasted plenty of home runs this season while staying under control at the plate and not sacrificing too many strikeouts. He should be a quick riser for Tampa Bay, potentially reaching the majors as early as 2024.
Mitch Neunborn - SP/RP, Philadelphia Phillies
Level: High-A
2023 stats: 15 G, 9 GS, 3-3, 37.2 IP, 3.58 ERA, 3.27 FIP, 11.47 K/9, 2.39 BB/9, 0.72 HR/9, 32.6 GB%, .250 BABIP
It's hard to find a whole lot of information about Neunborn, a native of Johannesburg, South Africa, who signed with the Phillies a couple of weeks before his 26th birthday back in June. That signing represented the first MLB-affiliated deal for Neunborn, and while being 26 in High-A can be a deterrent in the bigger picture, the right-hander has certainly made an impact through his first 15 outings.
During his start last Thursday, Neunborn tossed five no-hit innings, holding opponents to just one walk and zero runs. He also tallied an impressive 10 strikeouts en route to earning the win. Perhaps the Phillies made an under-the-radar signing in Neunborn, who could be a future contributor at the big-league level.
Will Simpson - 1B/OF, Oakland Athletics
Level: Single-A
2023 stats: 30 G, .330/.372/.563, 5 HR, 22 RBI, 22 R, 3 SB, 6.6 BB%, 23.1 K%, .400 BABIP, .417 wOBA, 141 wRC+
Simpson is quite new to the Athletics organization, having recently joined the team as a 15th-round pick in the 2023 draft. The University of Washington product has impressive bat-to-ball skills and undeniable power, though there are concerns about his plate discipline and K/BB rate over a larger sample size. But what hurt his draft stock most, dropping him to pick No. 436, is his defense, which is mediocre at best. Despite being listed as an outfielder, all 204.1 of Simpson's innings in the field have come at first base, and the jury is still out about his long-term defensive value.
Nevertheless, Simpson has hit the ball incredibly well since being drafted, contributing a .935 OPS, .400 BABIP, and 141 wRC+. He was truly electric last week, going 14-for-26 with one homer and five doubles. He also drove in eight runs, walked once, and struck out four times. Don't sleep on the 22-year-old. If he can simply hold his own at first base, his bat will do the talking and help him rise through the Athletics' farm system.
