DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Week 2 Daily College Fantasy Football - Saturday Late Night (9/10/22)

Jacob Cowing - CFB DFS Lineup Picks, Daily Fantasy College Football, NFL Draft Rookie - icon rotoballer

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday Late Night Week 2 (9/10/22) slate. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

Had enough? I didn't think so! Me either. Let's close this night out right with three west coast games. This is one of the best late-night slates that we'll see this season. It's a great one!

Baylor takes a trip to Provo to take on BYU. So we have a top-ten team on here! Oregon State, who looked really good in the opener, heads down to Fresno. We end this with another doozy. Mississippi State leaves the friendly confines of StarkVegas for the desert of Tucson. This is going to be a great one!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 9/10/22 locking at 10:15 pm eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Will Rogers, Mississippi State ($9,000)

Rogers usually has the most potential for points on any slate, but this is especially going to be true with only six quarterbacks on the slate. Rogers is guaranteed to throw at least 50 passes here. He's the cash game pick, but he still has plenty of upside for GPP usage as well. It's going to be difficult to fade Rogers and have success in your lineups.

Jayden de Laura, Arizona ($6,300)

The de Laura era good off to a great start for the Wildcats. Now they bring that show home. Mississippi State is going to score some points and Arizona will have to keep up. That's good news for de Laura and the Wildcats' offense. I can see a game stack here, but I also think most people will do that.

Also consider: Jake Haener, Fresno State ($8,500); Blake Shapen, Baylor ($5,700)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Jordan Mims, Fresno State ($5,600)

Mississippi State throws the ball around a lot and Marks wasn't quite as involved as he was last year...at least in the first game. Oregon State's defense did a great job on Boise's run game, but the ineptitude at quarterback was just as big of a problem. Fresno won't have that problem. Mims is active in the passing game as well. That makes him my top pick.

Dillon Johnson, Mississippi State ($5,400)

Johnson looked like the better back in the opener and he caught six passes to two for Marks. I'll take the savings with Johnson and put it to use elsewhere. At the very least, Johnson is still going to have a large role in this offense even if Marks has the better game. We can do a lot with that extra $1,300.

DJ Williams, Arizona $3,000)

Uh oh...DraftKings screwed up again! Williams was the leading rusher in the opener to the surprise of nearly everyone. Michael Wiley was the one piece of the Arizona offense that wasn't broken. Scratch that. The Florida State transfer took the job and ran it...literally. And you can have him for free! Thanks, DraftKings!

Also consider: Jo'quavious Marks, Mississippi State ($6,700); Chris Brooks, BYU ($5,900); Taye McWilliams, Baylor ($5,000); Lopini Katoa, BYU ($4,000)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Rara Thomas, Mississippi State ($7,600)

Thomas is the least experienced of all of those Mississippi State receivers, but he led the team in receptions and scored a touchdown in the opener. I suppose that counts for something in a Mike Leach offense. Thomas and Rogers seem to be on the same page already, which makes that an intriguing mini stack.

Jacob Cowing, Arizona ($6,000)

The UTEP transfer had a monster game in the opening upset of San Diego State. Gavin Hardison is a solid quarterback, but we saw what could happen for Cowing with a quarterback that properly led him in his routes. Cowing is my favorite play on this entire slate. He is going to have a monster season for the Wildcats this year.

Nikko Remigio, Fresno State ($5,300)

The Cal transfer hit the ground running with Haener as his quarterback. He was electric in the opener and could have a monster season for the Bulldogs. This is the perfect spot for Remigio and his price is still far too low for what he is capable of.

Also consider: Jalen Cropper, Fresno State ($7,200); Hal Presley, Baylor ($5,000); Luke Musgrave, Oregon State ($4,400); Monaray Baldwin, Baylor ($3,400)
