Erik Gudbranson Remains Out Wednesday
Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Erik Gudbranson (hip) will remain sidelined for Wednesday's clash against the Toronto Maple Leafs, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports. He exited the lineup on Tuesday against the Buffalo Sabres after experiencing hip soreness during warmups. Gudbranson also recently missed time because of a lower-body injury and has made only four appearances this season. He has recorded five hits but no points. Jake Christiansen has entered the lineup as Gudbranson's replacement. He has gone scoreless in five outings this season, posting four hits.
