WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks, Betting Picks (7/14/22): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings and FanDuel, Best Bets

WNBA dfs lineup picks daily fantasy basketball stock

Justin Carter's top daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks and betting picks for 7/14/22. Expert WNBA DFS advice for DraftKings and FanDuel and today's best bets.

We have four WNBA games today, but since one of them starts at 11:00 a.m. ET, we're just going to be talking about tonight's three-game main slate, which features the Wings taking on the Lynx, the Mystics facing the Mercury and the Sky taking on the Sparks.

I'll be providing daily fantasy lineup picks for the WNBA this season here at RotoBaller. In addition, I'll be sprinkling in some basic betting picks. Not going to get complicated since there's limited space in this piece, but I'll throw you a bet or two each day that I like and, because I think this is important, that I'll be making myself.

In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 7/14/22. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. The slates lock on 7/14/2022 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Want to talk more about the WNBA? I'm always available on Twitter and always down to discuss women's basketball: @juscarts.

WNBA DFS Picks: Forward

Candace Parker (Chicago Sky) - @ LA - DK: @10,600; FD: $6,500

Candace Parker might have been in the W for awhile now, but she's still capable of posting some dominant lines. Last game, she had 31 points on 12-for-20 shooting wit 11 rebounds, three assists and three steals.

The last time Parker played her former team, she had a triple-double, which gave her the all-time record for most career TDs. Despite shooting just 28.6% from the floor in that one, she had 10 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists, plus added two blocks and a steal. Parker fills the stat sheet up every single time she's out there on the floor.

Teaira McCowan (Dallas Wings) - @ MIN - DK: @8,900; FD: $5,900

One of the biggest questions this season has been "what are the Wings doing with Teaira McCowan???"

Early on, she was playing under 10 minutes per game as the Wings just decided not to use the player they traded for this offseason. But she's now played 20-plus minutes in three consecutive games, with at least 12 points and seven rebounds in each of those games, including a pair of double-doubles. Last time out, she was 8-for-14 from the floor with 18 points, 10 rebounds, one assist and two blocks. McCowan's size gives her an advantage inside and while the Lynx can match that with Sylvia Fowles, McCowan has played Seattle and Connecticut the last two games, who also have a lot of talent at the five.

Chiney Ogwumike (Los Angeles Sparks) - vs CHI - DK: $5,600; FD: $4,400

Is there a more inconsistent player this season than Chiney? While her sister Nneka continues to be LA's best player, Chiney jumps back and forth between good games and bad ones. She's coming off one of her better ones, with 10 points and 10 rebounds against the Mystics, but the game before that, she only had two points and no boards. Still, Chiney now has a double-double in two of the last three games, so at this salary, I'm going to assume the bad game was the fluke and play her for the value.

WNBA DFS Picks: Guard

Allisha Gray (Dallas Wings) - @ MIN - DK: @9,400; FD: $8,900

Gray missed last game for personal reasons but is back for Thursday's game against the Lynx. Gray's averaging 14.2 points and 5.6 rebounds per game this season and the only game since May that she didn't score double-digit points was against the Fever in a game where Gray got hurt and only played 18 minutes. She's arguably been the Wings' best player this season and should be set for a strong showing on Thursday night.

Moriah Jefferson (Minnesota Lynx) - vs DAL - DK: @8,900; FD: $8,500

Moriah Jefferson revenge game part two? The last time Jefferson played the Wings, she had the first triple-double of her career, finishing with 13 points on 5-for-14 shooting with 10 rebounds and 10 assists. While her usage since then has been down and she played just 22 minutes last game, it's so hard to resist playing Jefferson for the upside here.

Sophie Cunningham (Phoenix Mercury) - vs WAS - DK: @7,900; FD: $5,100

Like I said on Tuesday, I'll keep playing Sophie Cunningham until I feel the value isn't there. There's been a little jump in her price, but not enough to scare me off of her. Cunningham had 36 points in her last game, going 13-for-20 from the floor. She also had seven rebounds, two assists, one block and five steals. She played 47 minutes because the game went to double OT so that definitely factors into those numbers, but her growing role in this offense makes her a high-ceiling fantasy play.

WNBA Betting Picks for 7/14/2022

Looking to make some WNBA bets? Let's look at some options for you.

Yesterday's Results: 1-1

Minnesota Lynx Spread (-5)

The Wings are 4-6 in their last 10 games, while the Lynx are 6-4 and have won three in a row. Dallas lost by nine on Tuesday to the Storm and lost 92-64 to the Lynx the last time these teams played. Minnesota beat Phoenix in double OT on Tuesday so there could be some tired legs here, but I have to take the talent of the Lynx at home.

Chicago Sky Spread (-5)

The Sky are the W's best team right now. The Sparks have lost two in a row. And when these teams met in late June, the result was a blowout win for Chicago, with the Sky winning 82-59. The Sparks have a tendency to play bad against good teams, like their 106-69 loss to Seattle just before the All-Star break and their 13-point loss to the Mystics on Tuesday. Take the points here for Chicago,
