Fantasy Football Trade Outlooks
Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins
Trade Value: 60.6
ROS Rank: 29
Sometimes, buying high on a player in fantasy is a smart move. Miami Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle is one of those players you should be looking to trade for ahead of Week 6. In his first game action without Tyreek Hill (knee), he caught six passes for 110 yards and one touchdown last week. More importantly, he had a season-high 26.5% target share in that contest.

As a result, Waddle is worth buying in most formats right now. He will continue to operate as Miami's WR1 and figures to be a reliable WR2 for fantasy managers moving forward. The 26-year-old also has some favorable matchups upcoming against the Ravens in Week 9 and the Commanders in Week 11.
Verdict: Buy high as he will continue to operate as a WR1.
DK Metcalf, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers
Trade Value: 39
ROS Rank: 58
Pittsburgh Steelers WR DK Metcalf hasn't been the best WR option through the first few weeks. He has been held to under 12.5 PPR fantasy points in three of his four games and will enter Week 6 with a mere 21.2% target share. Even though Metcalf is coming off a five-catch, 126-yard, one-touchdown performance, selling him high might be the right move.
Metcalf is only averaging 3.8 receptions per game while totaling under 35 receiving yards in two of his past three contests. If it wasn't for a long touchdown back in Week 4 that helped him finish with 23.6 PPR fantasy points, he would have almost no trade value. But since he did, it's time to upgrade your WR room with a better WR.
Verdict: Sell high while you can
Tony Pollard, RB, Tennessee Titans
Trade Value: 26.4
ROS Rank: 84
Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard has been a better fantasy option for managers in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-18 running back in two of the past three weeks and just ran for 67 yards and a touchdown in last week's win over the Cardinals. However, now is the perfect time to sell Pollard in all fantasy formats.

Not only are the Titans going to be trailing in a ton of games moving forward -- which will hurt his rushing numbers -- but Tyjae Spears is expected to be more involved on offense moving forward. Considering Pollard's rush share percentage dropped to a season-low 58.3% in Week 5, it's time to trade him away before that rush share drops even more with Spears fully in the picture.
Verdict: Sell high following a solid Week 5 performance
Jayden Daniels, QB, Washington Commanders
Trade Value: 54.5
ROS Rank: 34
The start of the 2025 season hasn't gone Jayden Daniels' way. He has yet to finish as a top-12 fantasy QB this season and also missed two games due to a knee injury. However, better days are certainly ahead for the second-year signal-caller. Daniels is still averaging 19 fantasy points per game while ranking fourth among all QBs in rush yards per game.
So, see what it would take to acquire one of the best fantasy QBs. He should also have some monster fantasy performances in the next few weeks, with games against the Bears (Week 6), Cowboys (Week 7), Seahawks (Week 9), Lions (Week 10), and Dolphins (Week 11) upcoming. All five of those defenses rank in the bottom 12 in fantasy points allowed to QBs.
Verdict: Must-target in trades if you need a QB
Jaylen Warren, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Trade Value: 33.7
ROS Rank: 68
The volume has been there for Jaylen Warren to start the season. He saw 13 opportunities in Week 1, 18 opportunities in Week 2, and 23 opportunities in Week 3 before he missed Week 4 due to a knee injury. However, that volume for Warren makes him a perfect trade target at this point in the season.
With rookie Kaleb Johnson a non-factor on offense, this is Warren's backfield to lose for the remainder of the year. Given his receiving upside in this Pittsburgh offense, he should be a reliable RB2 option for your team.
Verdict: Buy if you need a solid RB2 for the remainder of the season
Fantasy Football Trade Rankings Values
The higher the Trade Value number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Find your players, add up the trade values of each side of the offer, and see which side of the trade wins.
Who Should I Trade For?
Week 6 Trade Decisions. Today's focus is on specific players: Jaylen Waddle, DK Metcalf, Tony Pollard, Jayden Daniels, Jaylen Warren, Rashee Rice, Tee Higgins, DJ Moore. These are some key fantasy football names heading into this week's matchups.
Using The Trade Values. This is a simple trade value tool, but very powerful. In our fantasy football trade value rankings above, you will see the Trade Value for each player. The higher the number, the higher the priority for targeting in trades. Players with a high trade value number are players that you should be targeting more in trades.
How It Works. Each week, our RotoBaller staff puts together their weekly fantasy football rankings, projections, and trade values based on their research. That information is the core data that is powering the decision-making in these trade value rankings.
How To Calculate Trades. Fantasy football managers will make 1-for-1 trades, or 2-for-3 trades, or 3-for-2 trades, or many other combinations. For each side of the deal, add the trade values together. Whichever side has a higher total number wins the trade. For example, if someone is offering you three players, add the trade values of those three players together. Does the value of those three players exceed the value of the player(s) you are trading away? If so, then it's a good deal for you.
