Troy Franklin, WR, Broncos
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin is having a breakout season in his second year out of Oregon. He leads the team with 81 targets and 46 catches on his way to 509 yards and a team-high five receiving touchdowns. The 9-2 Broncos come out of their bye week with a Sunday Night Football matchup against the Commanders in Week 13, and then they face the Raicers in Week 14.
Both of those teams have been top-five matchups for receivers, making Franklin a great scoop and start option if you need to add a WR3 or flex play from the waiver wires. His great matchup against the Raiders in Week 14 also makes him a strong option if you have starting receivers who are part of the last round of bye weeks and can use him as a ready replacement.
RJ Harvey, RB, Broncos
Denver Broncos rookie running back R.J. Harvey played a season-high 60.7% of the snaps in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but had underwhelming production with 11 carries for 30 yards to go with three receptions (three targets) for 20 yards as a receiver. In the first game without J.K. Dobbins (foot), the rookie second-rounder handled the bulk of the running back touches, which bodes well for his rest of season outlook.
Jaleel McLaughin's involvement near the goal line could limit the upside as he took two of the three carries inside the 10 and scored a touchdown against the Chiefs, but we'll need to see more than one game to determine that. Harvey has the explosiveness and receiving ability to be impactful in fantasy down the stretch, and he gets a prime matchup in Week 13 against the Washington Commanders.

Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Commanders
Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. (illness) was absent during Wednesday's practice due to an illness, but it shouldn't affect his status for Sunday Night Football against the Denver Broncos. Rodriguez has established himself as Washington's primary ball carrier in recent weeks with the struggles of rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt.
The third-year back out of Kentucky led the backfield with a 45.3% snap share in Washington's Week 11 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Madrid, handling a career high 15 carries for 79 yards to go with one reception (one target) for six yards as a receiver. He won't add much value as a receiver as Jeremy McNichols handles the pass-down responsibilities, but he should receive the majority of the early down work with Croskey-Merritt mixing in.
Rodriguez has a tough matchup in Week 13 against Denver, but should get enough volume to profile as a low-end RB3.
Terry McLaurin, WR, Commanders
Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn confirmed on Friday that wide receiver Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) will be active on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos in Week 13, according to Zach Selby of Commanders.com. "He's worked hard," Quinn said. McLaurin aggravated a quad injury in Week 8 and returned to practice for the first time this week, and now he's ready to return to action in a tough matchup against an elite Broncos defense that is expected to get All-Pro cornerback Patrick Surtain back.
The 30-year-old veteran pass-catcher should operate as Washington's WR1 now that he's back, although it's possible he won't be on the field as much as he normally would if the Commanders decide to ease him back into the offense. Potentially on a snap count in a bad matchup, McLaurin is definitely one to fade in DFS this weekend.
