There is a difficult backfield for fantasy managers to navigate in Week 7. Start-or-sit decisions surrounding this group of RBs will be challenging. Darrell Henderson, Royce Freeman, and Zach Evans are all hot names ahead of Sunday's games after injuries to two Rams' running backs.
Henderson just signed with the team this week, Freeman has been on the practice squad, and Evans is an exciting and talented rookie. Now, it's time to attempt to figure out who is worth starting in Week 7.
Should you start Darrell Henderson, Royce Freeman, or Zach Evans in Week 7? Let's dive in.

Should I Start Darrell Henderson for Fantasy Football?
Henderson signed back with his former team just five days before the Week 7 contest with the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, he has plenty of experience in Sean McVay's system and could be the lead running back immediately.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, he and Freeman will be clearly ahead of sixth-round rookie Zach Evans against the Steelers. Since the Steelers have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to this point, Henderson appears to have immediate value for fantasy football -- at least in deep leagues.
Depending on any Rams' running back this week is less than ideal, but Henderson could be in the driver's seat given his history with the organization.
Should I Start Royce Freeman for Fantasy Football?
Freeman hasn't seen more than 35 carries in a single season since 2019. He only played in one game last year and appeared in just seven contests in 2021. Now, he's on the fantasy radar after a slew of injuries.
Based on all the information we have available, he could also be worth rolling the dice on in a favorable matchup. Like Henderson, he's more of a deep league option, too. Next week, we will hopefully have more certainty about the touch distribution among Rams' backs.
Should I Start Zach Evans for Fantasy Football?
It appears as if Evans is the odd man out in this backfield. Although a ton of fantasy managers rushed out to get him on the waiver wire, the Rams don't seem to be willing to give him a meaningful role in the offense yet.
This often happens with rookies selected on the third day of the draft, so Evans should likely remain on the bench or waiver wire until further notice.
