The Toronto Maple Leafs rolled over the New York Rangers by a score of 6-3 on Friday night. Leafs forward William Nylander had two goals and an assist in the win. He now has 27 points in just 36 games which tied his offensive output from a disappointing 2018-19 season. Mitch Marner has been on fire lately and he also scored two goals. The young forward now has 10 points in his last six games. Marner has 28 points in 25 games this season. Sniper Auston Matthews chipped in two helpers. He went seven games without an assist before breaking out on Friday night. Russian first-year forward Ilya Mikheyev had a goal and an assist.
