Wade Miley Weighing Options After Visit to Doctor

Cincinnati Reds left-hander Wade Miley (forearm) is weighing his next move after visiting Dr. Timothy Kremchek on Monday. Miley, who was pulled off his rehab assignment after feeling soreness in his first Double-A outing last Friday, has been on the 15-day injured list since June 17 because of a flexor strain. It's unclear whether Miley's recent setback will lead to surgery, but manager Terry Francona said the Reds will "support whatever he does." The 38-year-old has made just three appearances (two starts) with Cincinnati this season and logged a 6.75 ERA with a 1.75 WHIP and 7:6 K:BB in 12 innings. It appears unlikely that he'll return in 2025.--Connor Byrne
