Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton Don't Practice Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receivers Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring) both missed practice on Wednesday. Shepard and Slayton were both injured in the first half of the Week 3 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and did not return to the game. Shepard had 16 catches for 207 yards and a touchdown in the first two weeks of the season and would be a solid WR3/flex option for fantasy managers if he were able to return in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints on the road. If Shepard and/or Slayton aren't able to play this Sunday, rookie Kadarius Toney could start in the slot. Collin Johnson, who had five catches on seven targets for 51 yards last week, could also be worth a look as a deep DFS sleeper.
