Stephen Strasburg Throws Six Shutout Innings In Rehab Start
3 years agoWashington Nationals right-hander Stephen Strasburg (shoulder, neck) pitched well in a rehab start for the Triple-A Rochester Red Wings on Friday. He struck out four and allowed just one hit while walking a batter. Strasburg tossed 83 pitches (50 strikes) in the outing as he is on the final portion of his journey to return from a shoulder/neck injury that has limited him to just five starts on the year. It is looking likely that he will be making his next start for the Nationals sometime next week.
