5 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold (foot) was seen limping near the end of the Week 13 loss to the Bengals, but he downplayed his injury. Head coach Adam Gase said, "He just took some shots on the last drive. He kind of got torqued a little bit, but he should be all right." Darnold looked lost behind a terrible offensive line against a previously winless Bengals team. He finished the day 24-for-48 with 239 yards and no touchdowns or interceptions. Darnold does have another nice matchup with the Dolphins on deck for Week 14, but you can't consider him anything more than a low-ceiling QB2 after his stinker against Cincinnati. Check his practice status next week, but it sounds as though Darnold won't miss any time.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
