Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman will be forced to sit out the team's regular-season finale on Thursday against Nashville due to a suspension. He received a one-game suspension for interfering with Nikolaj Ehlers of the Winnipeg Jets in Tuesday's 3-1 loss. Hartman delivered Ehlers a huge open-ice hit when he was without the puck. The Jets winger was injured on the play and couldn't complete the game. It's Hartman's second career suspension following a one-game punishment during the 2018 playoffs for an illegal check to the head. Hartman had a down year in 2022-23, putting up only 15 goals and 37 points in 59 games. His absence will likely give Marco Rossi a top-six role Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
