Redskins Unlikely To Trade Out Of No. 2 Pick
5 years agoThe Washington Redskins are unlikely to trade out of the No. 2 overall pick in the upcoming draft. ESPN's Todd McShay gave it a 10-15 percent chance that the Redskins trade back in the draft. Washington is widely expected to stay put at No. 2 and select Ohio State defensive end Chase Young with that pick. The Redskins know that quarterback Dwayne Haskins, their first-round pick last year, has stuff to work on, but they are optimistic that he can develop into their franchise QB. That would make it unlikely that they'd take Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with the second overall selection.
