3 years agoBaltimore Ravens right tackle Patrick Mekari (ankle) suffered a high ankle sprain in the Week 7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, according to a source. Mekari and the team are assessing their options heading into their bye week, but it's yet another injury to an already banged-up Ravens offensive line. Even with the team off in Week 8, Mekari will likely miss time. He had taken over for Alejandro Villanueva at right tackle in Week 2 when Villanueva moved to left tackle in place of injured All-Pro Ronnie Stanley. The injuries to Baltimore's O-line are concerning, especially after quarterback Lamar Jackson was sacked five times and hit seven times in the blowout loss to Cincy on Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
