Miami Heat guard/forward Norman Powell (personal) is unavailable for Tuesday's matchup with the Atlanta Hawks. Powell will miss his third game in a row due to a personal matter. The 32-year-old veteran guard's next chance to return to the floor is Friday against the Celtics. With Powell and Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) also out, Miami's offense will likely run through Pelle Larsson, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Bam Adebayo during tonight's tilt.--Andrew Lennox

Denver Nuggets guard Christian Braun (ankle) will play on Tuesday versus Detroit. He's appeared in only three games since mid-November because of a sprained left ankle. It's unknown if the 24-year-old will start of come or the bench. Either way, Braun will presumably be limited. With that said, Jalen Pickett should still see fewer minutes and offensive opportunities after averaging 8.5 points in 17 starts throughout the 2025 campaign.--Dennis Clausen

Utah Jazz forward/center Kevin Love (illness) won't suit up against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday. Love was previously considered questionable, but he has since been downgraded to out due to an illness. The veteran big man has averaged 6.8 points and 5.8 rebounds across 17.5 minutes per game in 27 outings this season. With Love out of action, the Jazz frontcourt could turn to Brice Sensabaugh and Kyle Filipowski to take on extended minutes.--Andrew Lennox

Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is unavailable for Tuesday's clash with the Atlanta Hawks. Wiggins was downgraded from questionable to out due to left hamstring tightness. Tonight's contest will be the first he's missed since Dec. 19. With Wiggins on the shelf and Norman Powell (personal) doubtful, fantasy managers could look to Jaime Jaquez Jr. as a reasonable streaming option this evening as he supplied 14 points, five rebounds and one assist across 19 minutes on Sunday against the Bulls.--Andrew Lennox

According to Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee, Sacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray (ankle) is progressing in his recovery from a moderate left ankle sprain. He has been cleared for on-court contact activities and will be reevaluated in two weeks. With the new timetable, it looks like the 25-year-old could return sometime after the mid-February All-Star break. Malik Monk will continue carrying a heavier workload while Murray is absent and until De'Andre Hunter is ready to make his Kings debut.--Andrew Lennox

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (back) will miss his second straight game Tuesday night while he continues to manage a back injury. This will also be his fourth contest on the sidelines in the last six games. Jerami Grant was in the starting lineup on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, with Avdija and Jrue Holiday (personal) inactive, and could remain in the starting five against the Phoenix Suns. Avdija, recently named an All-Star for the first time in his career, will likely have a questionable tag on Friday when the Trail Blazers play next.--Andrew Ball

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (injury management) won't suit up Tuesday night when his team continues its West Coast trip with a matchup against the Warriors. His absence follows a season-long trend of sitting out one game of a back-to-back. Although injury management will cost him this game, Embiid has seen a boost in his minutes when active, and it's led to over 30 points in six of his last eight games. Andre Drummond should pick up another start for the 76ers, as has often been the case when Embiid sits, with Adem Bona seeing more time on the court.--Andrew Ball

The Boston Celtics have traded guard Anfernee Simons and a second-round pick to the Chicago Bulls in exchange for center Nikola Vucevic and a second-round pick. Simons was traded from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Celtics last offseason in a deal that included Jrue Holiday. After averaging over 19 points per game in three straight seasons with the Blazers, Simons regressed in Boston, averaging just 14.2 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 24 minutes per game this season. While the Bulls appear to be loaded at guard, with Coby White, Jaden Ivey, Ayo Dosunmu, and Mike Conley Jr. among their options at the position, Simons should see an uptick in offensive production compared to what he delivered in Boston. This move is also fantastic for the short-term outlook for Celtics point guard Payton Pritchard, who should have more of an offensive impact with Simons out of the picture.--Nathan Harvey

Memphis Grizzlies guard Vince Williams Jr. is being traded to the Utah Jazz, according to ESPN's Shams Charania, as part of the larger deal for Jaren Jackson Jr. Williams will move west along with Jackson, John Konchar, and Jock Landale in exchange for Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Taylor Hendricks, Georges Niang, and three first-round picks. Williams should carve out a role in the Utah backcourt, but will play more off the ball with Keyonte George and Isaiah Collier dominating playing time at the point guard position. However, when one of those point guards sits, as has often been the case in Utah this season, Williams could be a sneaky spot start in fantasy basketball, just as he was as a member of the Grizzlies.--Andrew Ball

The Chicago Bulls have traded center Nikola Vucevic and a second-round pick to the Boston Celtics in exchange for Anfernee Simons and a second-round pick. Vucevic has spent the past six seasons with the Bulls, averaging 18.1 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in just under 33 minutes per game. The 15th-year center has been rock solid so far this season, ranking just outside the Top-10 among centers in most fantasy formats. With him joining the Celtics, his offensive impact may be limited by Jaylen Brown, Payton Pritchard, and Jayson Tatum, especially once he returns from his Achilles injury. However, this is a much-needed move for Boston, as they add a reliable big man who can shoot from behind the arc and stretch the floor. For the Bulls, centers Jalen Smith and Zach Collins should fill the minutes left by the veteran center.--Nathan Harvey

The Detroit Pistons have acquired shooting guard Kevin Huerter in a three-way trade with the Chicago Bulls and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Huerter has spent the past two seasons with the Bulls, averaging 11.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in 26 minutes per game. With Huerter heading to Detroit, he should have a smaller role given the Pistons' depth at the shooting guard position. His path to fantasy value likely involves an injury or another move that opens more minutes for him to contribute. For the Bulls, newly acquired Jaden Ivey and Isaac Okoro should benefit from Huerter's departure.--Nathan Harvey

The Chicago Bulls have acquired former All-Star guard Mike Conley in a three-way trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Detroit Pistons. Conley has spent the past four seasons in Minnesota, starting 173 of 215 games and averaging 9.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 4.7 assists. This season, he has started just nine of 44 games and has averaged a career-low 18 minutes, prompting his trade to Chicago. With Coby White involved in trade rumors, Conley will compete for minutes with Ayo Dosunmu, Tre Jones, and Jaden Ivey, who was acquired from the Pistons in this three-way trade. Conley remains outside fantasy relevance at this point, while this move clears enough salary for Minnesota to target a big-name piece at this trade deadline.--Nathan Harvey

Third-year forward Taylor Hendricks is being traded from the Utah Jazz to the Memphis Grizzlies, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. Hendricks is one of the seven assets moving to Memphis, alongside Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Georges Niang, and three future first-round picks forJaren Jackson Jr., John Konchar, Jock Landale, and Vince Williams Jr. Although he struggled to find consistent playing time in Utah, the trade brings new signs of life to Hendricks' career. The 22-year-old has shown flashes of potential, and now joins a depleted frontcourt in Memphis. Jackson and Landale were two healthy big men, with Zach Edey (ankle) and Brandon Clarke (calf) injured. There could be plenty of playing time for Hendricks on the now-tanking Grizzlies.--Andrew Ball

The Chicago Bulls have acquired guard Jaden Ivey in a three-way trade between the Detroit Pistons and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Ivey has played in 33 games this season, averaging 8.2 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in under 17 minutes per game. The fourth-year guard has regressed significantly from his strong 2024 campaign, and injuries and lackluster play have limited his role dramatically. The trade should boost Ivey's value, as he should be fighting for a starting spot with the Bulls, with trade rumors swirling around Coby White. Fantasy managers should look to add Ivey if he's available in their leagues, as he appears likely to have more playing time in Chicago than in Detroit.--Nathan Harvey

Memphis Grizzlies center Jock Landale will soon be a member of the Utah Jazz, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. The 30-year-old is part of the trade that will send Jaren Jackson Jr., John Konchar, and Vince Williams Jr. to Utah for Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Taylor Hendricks, Georges Niang, and three first-round picks. Landale goes from being a frequent starter in Memphis to an extremely crowded frontcourt in Utah. He'll compete with Jackson, Lauri Markkanen, Jusuf Nurkic, and Kyle Filipowski for minutes, with veteran Kevin Love also in the mix. There's potential for Utah to make another trade to clear up frontcourt minutes, but if that doesn't happen, Landale's fantasy basketball stock takes a big hit. He was previously averaging a career-best 11.3 points and 6.5 rebounds in Memphis.--Andrew Ball
