Mookie Betts Officially Returning on Tuesday
Mookie Betts (toe) is back in the starting lineup ahead of Tuesday's game against the New York Mets. Betts will make his return to the lineup after missing the last four games due to a fractured toe. Luckily, Betts didn't need to be placed on the injured list from this injury. It appears Betts is fully healthy again, so the expectation is that his toe won't impact his performance on the field. He's slashing .254/.338/.405 with eight home runs and 31 RBI through 53 games this season. Betts will cover shortstop and bat second versus right-hander Tylor Megill on Tuesday. Fantasy managers should adjust their lineups and get Betts back in there ahead of first pitch.
