On Tuesday night, Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera (biceps) left the game with an injury following a swing during an at-bat. Cabrera would get an MRI taken and it would later be announced that the two-time MVP winner would need surgery to fix a torn biceps that would take away any chance of him returning to the team this season. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, it is time to drop Cabrera from your lineups. John Hicks should see the most playing time at first base from here on out to replace Cabrera at the position.--Brendan Kennealy
