According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, the Seattle Seahawks are expected to sign running back Khalil Herbert to the practice squad. Herbert spent time with the Colts during training camp and appears to be nearing an NFL contract. During the 2024 campaign, Herbert spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals and logged 28 carries for 114 yards and caught eight of his nine targets for 21 yards. Herbert enjoyed his best season with the Bears in 2022 when he totaled 731 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Fantasy managers should expect Herbert to spend most of his time on the team's practice squad. However, he could make a case to join the active roster as the team's No. 2 running back, Zach Charbonnet (foot), was held out of their Week 3 contest.--Andy Smith
