Los Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen (heart) underwent another heart procedure on Monday to treat his atrial fibrillation. Jansen underwent the same procedure during the season and missed some time. The hard-throwing right-handed closer wasn't as dominant in 2018 but was still a high-end reliever for fantasy owners, as he posted a 3.01 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, 38 saves and 10.3 K/9 in 71 2/3 innings. His K/9 rate was the lowest of his career, which is a bit disappointing, but he'll still be a high-end fantasy closer heading into 2019 for a team that is looking to go to the World Series for the third straight season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
