Chicago Bulls forward Julian Phillips (wrist) was originally listed as probable but later downgraded to questionable for Tuesday night's matchup with the Rockets. Phillips is dealing with a left wrist strain and is only playing 10.2 minutes in his 28 games this season, averaging 3.0 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.5 steals per game. If he's ultimately unable to play, there could be a few more minutes for Patrick Williams and Dalen Terry, although the 22-year-old Phillips hasn't made meaningful contributions for fantasy in his current limited role.--Zach Thompson
