Jrue Holiday Out at Least 1-2 Weeks
Portland Trail Blazers guard Jrue Holiday (calf) will miss at least 1-2 weeks with a right calf strain, extending an absence that has already reached four games. The veteran was producing 16.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 8.3 assists, and 1.6 steals in 33.4 minutes on 44.6 percent shooting before the setback. His absence forces Portland to lean heavily on Deni Avdija for initiation, while Caleb Love gains the clearest path to minutes and shot volume. Sidy Cissoko also becomes a deeper-league consideration with multiple starters sidelined. Holiday remains a firm hold in all competitive formats, but shallow-league managers may need to evaluate IL constraints until he is cleared.
