Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac (knee) is listed as doubtful for Game 5 against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. The 28-year-old hasn't played since mid-March due to a left knee sprain and is likely to remain on the sidelines for Wednesday's closeout game. Jamal Cain has benefited from Isaac's absence and could see even more minutes on Wednesday night after Franz Wagner's (calf) injury. Over the first four games of the series, Cain has averaged 4.8 points and 3.0 rebounds in 13.5 minutes.--Taavi Pailk
