Jaylen Waddle Limited In First Practice
1 year agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (oblique) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday in the team's first official practice of the 2023 regular season. All expectations are that Waddle will suit up in the Week 1 regular season opener this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, barring a setback later this week in practice. If the 24-year-old gets in a full practice on Thursday or Friday, he might come off the injury report altogether. As long as Waddle is active, he should be a must-start WR1 all season long after posting 179 receptions (257 targets) for 2,371 yards and 14 touchdowns in 33 starts in his first two NFL campaigns. He led the NFL in 2022 with 18.1 yards per catch.
