Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jake Allen will make his sixth start of the campaign as his team hosts the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday. The eight-year NHL veteran last played in a 2-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators last Saturday in which he sparkled in stopping 34 of 35 shots against. In the midst of his first year in Montreal, Allen has given the Canadiens all the team could have dreamt of when it acquired him over the offseason - registering four wins, a 1.81 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage in five starts thus far. Led by superstar forwards Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, the Oilers can be considered a dangerous opponent but it would difficult for Allen fantasy owners to sit him on the bench at this point.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
