Jaime Jaquez Jr. Will Not Play Against the Celtics
Miami Heat forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. (knee) was downgraded from questionable to out for Thursday night's home game against the Celtics. This will be the first game Jaquez misses with knee soreness, and his next chance to return will be Saturday against the Thunder. Without Miami's version of JJJ, Nikola Jovic could pick up some extra minutes in the second unit, although Jaquez is only playing 23.0 minutes per game over his last five games, produccing averaging 12.4 points, 3.8 assists, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game.
