Jahan Dotson Extremely Confident Entering Second Season
Jahan Dotson told reporters on Thursday that he has "all the confidence in the world" heading into his second season in the NFL. The 23-year-old pass-catcher caught 35 of his 61 targets for 523 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games (10 starts) last year in his first season after being a first-round pick. Terry McLaurin will continue to be the target hog in this offense through the air, but Dotson has a case to be made for a second-year breakout in what should be an expanded role. Washington's quarterback situation between Sam Howell and Jacoby Brissett leaves a lot to be desired, but Dotson is a fine WR3 target with upside in fantasy drafts this year in offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy's scheme.
